It also helps improve cognitive function and memory performance. May chang essential oil is used commonly for an energy boost and boosting a tired/rundown immune system. Finally, eucalyptus essential oil can help relieve cough symptoms and help loosen mucus. Diluted in organic jojoba oil.

Apply this oil topically on pulse points. Colds and coughs tend to enter the body through the nose and mouth so pulse points near these areas are ideal. Suggested sensory pulse points: temples, throat, chest and wrists.
