UK Mainland Deliveries
The web department processes orders Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. You can contact our web department on 0121 212 0387 during these hours. Alternatively, you can email us: enquiries@minimauk.com for any web order enquiries.
We offer three delivery options:
- Standard delivery by courier – for smaller items
- minimauk.com Delivery Service – for oversized & fragile items
- minimauk.com Delivery and on-site installation – for oversized & fragile items
Standard UK Delivery
- For items we carry in stock you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.
- Due to the wide choice and bespoke nature of our furniture and lighting items, most are not held in stock and we will order specifically for you in the finish, size, or colour you've specified at point of order. These items will be custom made as per your specifications. Delivery time varies by product and manufacturer, but you will always find the relevant delivery time stated on the product page of the website and on our order confirmation. Once orders have been received and checked at our warehouse we will arrange final delivery at your convenience.
- Our UK delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday and is a tracked service. We will always contact you to advise of your tracking number.
- Standard Mainland UK charges
- Small box £4.99 (45x35x16cm max)
- Medium box from £15 (61x46x46 max)
- If multiple small items are ordered a flat rate of £15 is charged to ship all.
- If multiple medium items are ordered a flat rate of £20 is charged.
minimauk.com Delivery Service – for oversized & fragile items
Nationwide from £40
If your order contains oversized, fragile and/or bulky items, your order will be handled and delivered by our own dedicated delivery team. We will call you to arrange a suitable time to deliver your order.
Your order will be delivered by our trained delivery team, who will deliver your items to your room of choice.
minimauk.com Delivery and on-site installation for oversized & fragile items
Nationwide £150
It includes a delivery appointment, room of choice delivery, assembly, installation and removal of all packing materials. We will contact you once your order is complete to arrange a suitable date and time. On-site installation is not available for lighting products or for deliveries outside the UK and does not include electrical fitting for lighting, drilling or hanging mirrors and/or pictures.
