Design-duo GamFratesi’s Beetle Chair is an inspiring and playful meeting of visual elegance and functional practicality.
The design for the chair was found in the insect world, as GamFratesi took inspiration from the beauty of the anatomy and movement of a beetle. The chair reinterprets the curved characteristic elements of the beetle’s unique shells, sutures, rigid outsides and soft insides. The chair is now available here in luxurious Gubi Velvet, bringing opulence and a touch of class to any space.

Laminated moulded veneer with seat and back in 2 seperate parts. The 2 parts are joined together with a steel fitting milled into the 2 shells. The shells are 10 mm thick. The chair is fully upholstered in Gubi Velvet with Gubi Velvet piping. Brass plated conical metal base.
