The Louis Poulsen VL Ring Crown 3 Pendant Light is based on an original 1940s design by iconic Danish designer and architect, Vilhelm Lauritzen.
First intended for use in the Danish Broadcasting House in Copenhagen, the stunning pendant creates an atmosphere of timeless grandeur and sophistication. The curvaceous opal shades have been crafted from three layers of mouth-blown glass, suspended from a slender, circular brass frame; both beautifully complimenting one another and uniting as one to form a stylish, authentic design. Producing soft, glare-free light, the pendant’s warming glow creates an inviting ambience, perfect for hanging in a dining or living room. Mouth-blown, 3 layered opal glass shades, frame and canopy in untreated brass, stainless steel wiring.
Please Note:Â The brass has been left untreated, meaning it has not been lacquered and will patinate over time. Polishing is not recommended, the light has been designed to allow for a patination that will develop to create a beautiful vintage feel.
