Combining the respected beauty of traditional Danish design with an expressive, contemporary appearance, the JH97 strikes the perfect balance between the past and future. Defined by a low, perfectly proportioned wooden frame, the chair embodies a curvaceous, decorative form, creating an embracing, supportive seating environment. Upholstered in a choice of fabric or leather, the cushion covers are removable, allowing for the versatile chair to adapt and change with an environment over time. Creating a beautifully laid-back atmosphere, the chair has been designed to suit a wide range of interior spaces, from homes to hotels and offices.

The Fred lounge chair is available in two types of solid wood and a total of four different finishes: Black painted ash, walnut stained oak, clear lacquered oak or oiled oak. The upholstered cushions are available in a variety of textile and leather types.
