Designed for Louis Poulsen by renowned Icelandic-Danish artist, Olafur Eliasson, the OE Quasi Pendant Light is a breathtaking union of geometry and light.
This stunning large-scale pendant has been carefully constructed from a Polyhedron outer layer, crafted from aluminium, and an inner Dodecahedron reflector, made from polycarbonate. The two contrasting yet interlinking complex shapes unite together to create a dramatic hanging feature, truly dazzling and captivating onlookers. With 12 LED’s embedded in the inner structure of the outer metal frame, illuminating the white reflector that appears to float within, light is emitted back into the room, resulting in a glare-free uniform ambience. A light that is unique from every angle due to the differing geometries, its unique, intricate appearance creates a truly immersive, magical experience.
